Desert Crossover

Made for the 30 Day RPG Maker Themed Game Jam #12.

Time to try my hand at a standard RPG. This is really just an excuse to put characters from my other games into an RPG and have them fight in RPG battles. The game takes place in a desert and were inspired by many other (real) RPG games.

The main feature, like I said earlier, was to add various characters that I can play with in an RPG. You can hire various characters via gacha with easily obtained in-game currency to join your party. There's eight of them to choose from. I didn't do much balancing so some of them may end up being OP.  Have fun breaking the game.

Here are some other features:

• Explore an ancient tomb and break jars like a crazed hyrule kid
• Most chests contain gear instead of useless potions
• The most annoying and overused puzzle that you see everywhere
• Default RTP characters
• Annoying status effects with no way to be cured
• Start the game with incurable Dot's
• The best thing of all: When the main character dies in battle she will explode and damage all allies too! Fun!
